6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of XVision. Our Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to XVision (your responses, goals, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a license to use this content solely to provide and improve our services to you.

8. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XVISION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
